Mydiamondcart.com provides international shipping services worldwide to most countries.

Additional charges, taxes, or fees may apply to orders shipped outside the USA and are determined by the local customs office of the destination country. The customer is responsible for any import duties, customs fees, taxes, or other charges that may be imposed on international orders.

mydiamondcart.com offers a 30-day return policy for all orders shipped outside of the USA. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs, duties, VAT, and taxes associated with returning the item(s) to mydiamondcart.com. We do not accept cash on delivery (C.O.D) returns.

If any duties, VAT, or taxes were paid to the shipping carrier upon receipt of the order, it is the customer’s responsibility to contact the carrier directly to request any refunds.

If a package is refused by the customer at customs or if the customer is unavailable to accept the package from the shipping carrier, resulting in return shipping charges, duties, VAT, or taxes being imposed on mydiamondcart.com, the customer will be responsible for all expenses related to the outbound shipment and return of the package. These expenses will be deducted from the original sales amount when the refund is issued.

While we recommend using UPS or Federal Express for return shipments, the choice of return carrier is ultimately up to the customer.
