1 . PRODUCT EXCELLENCE GUARANTEE:

We stand behind the quality of every product you purchase from us. If you encounter any defects, you can return the item immediately for credit or replacement.
All mydiamondcart.com items are covered by a 3-month manufacturer’s warranty. This warranty includes coverage for defective parts resulting from normal wear and covers the labor required for repairs. Please note that we can only warranty the stones that we have provided. It’s important to understand that our warranty is only valid at mydiamondcart.com. Any improper repair or warranty service performed by someone other than mydiamondcart.com will void this warranty.

At mydiamondcart.com, we assure you that all our jewelry is genuine, authentic, and consistently of high quality and value. Please note that we disclaim any liability for consequential or accidental damages arising from a breach of the written or implied warranty of this item, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. This warranty grants you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state. However, in certain states where the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages is not permitted, the above limitation may not apply to you.

Please be aware that our warranty is only valid within the USA.

2. RING SIZING:

If you need to resize a ring purchased from mydiamondcart.com, we are pleased to offer resizing services for up to 1 month for a nominal fee. Please note that you will be responsible for the shipping charges when sending the item to us for resizing. The resizing process generally takes approximately 2-7 business days.
Please note that eternity rings cannot be resized. Additionally, if an eternity ring is ordered with an incorrect size, it does not fall under warranty. In the event that you decide to return an eternity ring that doesn’t fit, a 30% restocking fee will be applied.

3. STONE REPLACEMENT:

We provide a free replacement service for missing diamonds or gemstones on select jewelry pieces for up to 3 months after the purchase. This warranty excludes any jewelry merchandise that has lost a single diamond or gemstone with a total weight of 0.12 carat or larger.

4. JEWELRY NOT COVERED UNDER WARRANTY:

It’s important to note that our 3-month warranty covers only manufacturer’s defects and does not cover the following:

  • General wear and tear, such as scratches, dents, nicks, or missing stones.
  • Water damage, as our jewelry is resistant to moisture.
  • Fading or chipping of the material, which largely depends on how you handle the product.
  • Lost or stolen parts.
  • Damage resulting from personal misuse or negligence.
  • Damage, whether accidental or otherwise, to the item while in the possession of the consumer, not caused by a defect in material or workmanship.
  • 5. INSTRUCTIONS FOR SENDING YOUR ITEM FOR REPAIR:

    To send your item for repair, please follow these instructions carefully:
    Email sales@mydiamondcart.com to notify us that you will be shipping your merchandise. In the email subject, include your name, company name, order number, and the item number with the word “Warranty.”
    Do not mention the word “jewelry” or the contents of the package on the outside of the box.
    Include a copy of the original invoice along with the item you wish to have repaired.

    Insure your package for the value of its contents. Please note that you are liable if you fail to insure the package you are returning, exchanging, or repairing, and it becomes lost or damaged. The cost of insurance to prevent loss and damage is minimal. Insure your item for the total amount.
